This 8 week programme is for those who are ready to take a deep dive into their health, nutrition and relationship with food.
It is designed to meet your goals with a root cause approach to nutrition and lifestyle habits. This includes addressing the foundations of health to prevent unhealthy weight fluctuations, poor digestion and hormonal imbalances, as well as promoting longevity, who doesn’t want a robust healthy body that ages well?!
This is not a ‘quick fix’ programme, it will be tailored to meet you exactly where you’re at, piece together your health puzzle and untangle any symptoms you may be experiencing.
This programme takes a ‘nourishment over punishment’ approach to your nutrition and lifestyle habits, so there will be no uneccessary restrictions or miserable calorie deficits. It is designed to transform your relationship with how you fuel your body and take you to a whole new level of body confidence.
This programme includes:
An in depth assessment of your current nutritional habits, symptoms and any potential health issues
Weekly ebooks with personalised guides for gradual implementation of habit changes
An initial zoom consultation, followed by 8 weekly zoom calls
A meal plan tailored to your individual needs and routine
Functional testing and supplementation recommendations will also be offered where appropriate
Face to face consultations also available (location dependent)
Outside of the zoom calls, Harri will also be available to answer any questions throughout the programme.
Beyond Diets Blueprint
This programme will be a combination of personalised nutrition and training.
