Harri offers both in person and online training sessions which are tailored to meet your individual goals, but as you might have guessed, she will not be putting you through gruelling HIIT sessions, smashing your adrenals and wreaking havoc with your hormones.

Harri’s training methods place an emphasis on building muscle through resistance training, the results:

  • New found strength and body confidence

  • A robust body with improved joint stability

  • Increased bone density

  • A furnance for a faster metabolism

  • Improved health markers

  • A strong physique (you can insert all the words you might be looking for here ‘toned’… ‘sculpted’…‘lean’… these are all the result of building muscle and of course dialling in your nutrition too)

The details:

  • Minimal experienced is required as Harri will tailor for your level of ability and scale for any injuries or restrictions.

  • The online sessions will be carried out via zoom and minimal equipment is needed.

  • In person training sessions available for those in South East London, please enquire for more details.

  • There is a choice of 30, 45 & 60 minute sessions available depending on which is best suited to your schedule.

PILATES

Harri is very excited to announce there are both online and in person mat pilates classes coming soon!
