Absolutely, this is a common goal amongst my clients. The programmes go beyond a calories in v's calories out approach which is only a tiny piece of the puzzle, particularly with stubborn weight gain. Hormones, gut health, toxins, sleep and stress are the pillars we'll cover for healthy sustainable weight loss. - Coach Harri
This varies from person to person, depending on your goals but I'll meet you where you're at. We'll look at your current nutritional habits and the results of any recent tests which might be relevant to your health journey. We'll also go over your meal plan and introduce to the first habit changes you'll need to make to get started. You will have plenty of chance to ask me questions on all calls and throughout the programme. - Coach Harri
Honestly 3 x 30 mins per week is all you need., unless you are training for a specific sport or event. There are options for longer sessions if this better suits your schedule, but I really encourage little and often, slowing down to support your adrenals so you're not working against your hormones. This is the sweet spot for getting results! - Coach Harri
